Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled (but please see Returns below if anything is wrong on arrival).
Returns & Replacements
Please report any issue within 96 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. There are two cases:
- Damaged, wrong, defective, spoiled, or expired-on-arrival item — you get a 100% refund (full product price plus shipping) or a free replacement. The fault is ours, so you pay nothing extra.
- Change of mind — allowed within 96 hours only if the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging (a food-safety requirement). In this case the refund is the product price minus the return / RTO shipping charge, since a return-courier cost is incurred.
Not Eligible for Return
Opened or used products (except genuine damage claims), items returned without their original packaging, claims raised after 96 hours, and products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Refunds & Replacement
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or — if you prefer — as store credit: a voucher for the same amount that you can use towards a future order on pushpamfoods.com (like a gift voucher).
- Free replacement: for a damaged, wrong, or defective product we will replace it at no additional cost to you — you pay nothing extra for the replacement or its shipping.
