For over 15 years, Pushpam Foods has turned the humble drumstick (saragvo) into everyday goodness. When founder Dipen Shah's surplus crop began to harden, he ground it into a fine powder families could use all year — an idea that earned national recognition: the ICAR award for value addition, presented by the Prime Minister in 2015, and wide coverage across national and Gujarati press.
